Another suggestion was that the music at the end of the draft was a little too loud, a little too distracting. Again, a lot of the manipulations of sound were subtle but took quite a bit of time, and I hope the overall effect is better for the listener.
I took out a few more sections of the interview, as I thought the interview could be shortened without losing the overall mood or message. This created the need to cross over sections to prevent jumps in the speech or music. I found that leaving space in some of the speech sections gave the listener a minute to mentally “catch up” before diving into the next piece of the script.
This was a very enjoyable project, once again. I appreciated the suggestions and tried to incorporate them all. I think my group totally rocked this assignment–their own presentations–overall. I really enjoyed listening to their creations.
